Punch Dialogs Pattikattu Ponnaiah

MGR Devotee Sailesh Basu has done the painstaking work of uploading the punch dialogs from Pattikattu Ponnaiah. Below are the four dialog scenes from the movie.

 

This is the last film of MGR and Jayalalitha pair, released in 1973 after the  Mega hit movie Ulagam Sutrum Vaaliban.

 

 

MGR did a dual role one as a Farmer and another as a College student. Above clip is the scene about his education and what he will do after his course.

 

 

Ponnaiah character raises his voice against the atrocities of Nambiyar.

 

 

 

 

Above two clips between MGR and Jayalalitha, Ponnaiah is asked to leave the village (a re-enactment of MGR ousted from the DMK). Further states that the person will be punished for his act by the people.

Sri MGR Year 94, 12th April, Tuesday

1969 movie Nam Nadu has lot of punch dialogs, I have already uploaded one punch dialog way back in August 2010 with animation. Now I have uploaded the dialog part between MGR and Rangarao.

The scene is Rangarao tries to bribe MGR and how MGR evades masterly from the evil of bribery. MGR's secret of success in Politics is felt in the punch dialog.

Punch Dialogs and One Liners V

Sri MGR Year 93, 16th August Monday

 

Two months back I was asking MGR Devotee Sailesh Basu and others to give suggestions for the Punch dialogs video, mostly they told about including videos and other images relating to the movie. I tried all and was looking to do even better. Last month I got a chance of trying an animation software. As I do not have any basic knowledge of animation I tried, the animation part comes to 54 seconds but a novice like me it took 25 days to complete and making many mistakes. Next time I will be doing it much faster, sorry for the delay in uploading Punch dialogs.

Punch Dialogs - I

This post is done by the immense help from MGR Devotee Sailesh Basu who forwarded much of MGR movie one line dialogs in mp3 format. I added some important images to the dialogs and did not use any video from the movie. 

I have provided some of the dialogs more will follow. Senior MGR Fans please give us some guidance in this regard.

Thedi Vanth Maapillai was released this week in Natraj theater and Nan Aanai Ittal collected only 46000 plus which is very lowest collection. Other end Thedi Vantha Maapillai collected Rs.40000 upto Sunday Evening show the print was good and the response was awesome. (News forwarded by MGR Devotees Sathya and Yukesh Babu).
