MGR Wishes

Sri MGR Year 94, 5th June, Sunday

 

MGR Devotee from Tirupur Mr.Ravichandran has forwarded a scanned copy of the special edition published in 1963 which he has preserved to this day and to share the same with other MGR Fans and Devotees through our MGR Blog.

 

On 15th July 1963 the then Chief Minister Kamaraj birthday was celebrated and a special edition was published by the Government.

 

Our Puratchi Thalaivar MGR has written an article respecting his qualities and attitudes.

Samaneethi Editor MGR

Sri MGR Year 94, 25th April, Monday

MGR Devotee Tirupur Ravichandran while conversing told me about a monthly called Samaneethi which he collected and preserved for younger generation.

Literature to Films

Sri MGR Year 93, 27th September, Monday

MGR have acted in 136 movies including Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam. Of these many stories are from English, Russian and Tamil Literature some from Dramas and some from novels, from Leo Tolstoy to Akilan various authors writings were made to MGR acted movies.

MGR Interview - Book review

Sri MGR Year 93, 21st February Sunday

Aazhi Publishers have released a new 264 pages Book on our beloved Leader MGR. The book titled MGR Paettigal (எம்.ஜி.ஆர். பேட்டிகள்)  complied by S.Kirubakaran.

First of all I thank him for his dedicated and painstaking work he had done to bring some of MGR’s interviews given in various Newspapers and magazine and in various period. All MGR fans should have this book in their collection. The cost of the book is Rs.130/- can be ordered by email or website.
